1. Age restriction
You must be 18 years old or older to enter and purchase goods via www.TaxFreeSnus.com.
2. Product's price
S.LEW prices include Andorran taxes but do not include destination country taxes. Please notice that the final price of each product is a combined price and includes shipping, handling, card transaction fee of a total 16.90 euro.
3. Additional charges and taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the final product price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what this additional cost may be prior to buying. S.LEW will not refund any additional charges that may occur upon arrival in your destination country.
S.LEW does not accept refunds, as we sell perishable goods. The customer needs to check the content of package immediately upon arrival. In an unlikely event of receiving goods that do not match your order, please contact us via the contact form, supplying your order number. Such cases will be considered if reported to us no longer than 48 hours after receiving the shipment.
5. Terms of purchase
S.LEW is an independent importer and exporter of snus and chewing tobacco. Our shop is strictly dedicated for private customers and we do not supply further distributors. The customer agrees to purchase/import goods for personal use only. The customer is responsible to know about the laws and regulations regarding the import of Snus or chewing tobacco to his/her destination. S.LEW will not refund purchased products confiscated by customs.
All doubts, compliance and questionable issues will be resolved in accordance with the law of Andorra.
Goods that have been returned to S.LEW by the carrier due to unsuccessful delivery or if the customer provides a wrong address will not be refunded. Goods can be resent to the customer, only if he/she covers the shipping and handling fee of 16.90 euro per roll.
Our delivery carrier is Correos. We deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. However, due to certain limitation, TaxFreeSnus.com does not sell and ship the products to: Sweden, Finland, Norway, USA, Spain, France, Iceland, Austria and Russia. Shipping cost is included in the price of a product. However, the customer is responsible for any possible additional customs charges, duties and taxes that may occur. TaxFreeSnus.com ships orders during working days 5 days a week. The expected delivery time within Europe is 3-6 working days and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world. Please notice: we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or in a case of custom control nor we do refunds due to delay in delivery.
Right to access, correct and delete data and to object to data processing
Our customers have the right to access, correct and delete personal data relating to them, and to object to the processing of such data, by addressing a written request, at any time. The Company makes every effort to put in place suitable precautions to safeguard the security and privacy of personal data, and to prevent it from being altered, corrupted, destroyed or accessed by unauthorized third parties. However, the Company does not control each and every risk related to the use of the Internet, and therefore warns the Site users of the potential risks involved in the functioning and use of the Internet. The Site may include links to other web sites or other internet sources. As the Company cannot control these web sites and external sources, the Company cannot be held responsible for the provision or display of these web sites and external sources, and may not be held liable for the content, advertising, products, services or any other material available on or from these web sites or external sources.
Management of personal data
You can view or edit your personal data online for many of our services. You can also make choices about our collection and use of your data. How you can access or control your personal data will depend on which services you use. You can choose whether you wish to receive promotional communications from our store by email, SMS, physical mail, and telephone. If you receive promotional email or SMS messages from us and would like to opt out, you can do so by following the directions in that message. You can also make choices about the receipt of promotional email, telephone calls, and postal mail by visiting and signing into Company Promotional Communications Manager, which allows you to update contact information, manage contact preferences, opt out of email subscriptions, and choose whether to share your contact information with our partners. These choices do not apply to mandatory service communications that are part of certain store services.
