    • If you need to change something your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

  • Can I return an item?

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged and shipped. Delivery can be expected within 3-6 working days within Europe and 7-14 working days worldwide. We are not responsible for delays in shipping that are caused by carrier or customs control. Please notice that the delivery time can be influenced by such factors as public holidays in Andorra, Spain, and destination country.

  • Can I track my shipment?

    Unfortunetly we cannot offer such service with out post service.

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.

  • Which countries does www.TaxFreeSnus.com not ship to?

    Due to regulatory restrictions, we do not ship to the USA, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, France, Iceland, and Russia.

  • I only received part of my order, where is the remaining part?

    We are shipping each roll in a separate package. We are always processing your order completely and we ship all packages at the same time. However, the postal service sometimes does not process all packages equally. If some of you parcels arrived and others did not, please do not worry. The remaining ones are on their way and will be delivered within the next few days.

  • Can I choose a different carrier or express delivery?

    We can only ship our goods with regular post. No other postal service is available.

  • My delivery takes longer than expected, what shall I do?

    If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time provided by our carrier, please check if the address supplied by you is correct or contact your local post office. Please remember that delays can be caused by public holidays, customs control, severe weather conditions etc. The postal service is also very busy in December for example as they process extreme amounts of shipments due to Christmas postages. www.TaxFreeSnus.com is always processing your order as quickly as possible, but we do not take the resposibility for delays caused by a carrier or customs controls.

  • Is there a minimum quantity to place an order?

    We are selling snus in rolls (packs of 10 cans). Therefore the minimum order is 1 roll.
